Snapchat is one of the most addictive social media platforms. It is popular with users for two main reasons. For one, Snapchat’s visual add-on, the second reason, such as filters and texts that you can apply when sending messages, is the app’s reward system, which gives you more rewards the more you send those messages to other users.
All Snapchat Friends Emoji Snapchat Trophies were part of that system. But now the trophies have been replaced by something called Snapchat Charms. Let’s take a look at what each Snapchat Charm means, how to get it, and what happened to the Snapchat Trophies
What Happened to the Snapchat Trophy?
Snapchat had a popular feature called Snapchat Trophies. It was a hidden reward system that allowed you to unlock specific badges by accomplishing something within the app.
Snapchat has over 50 different “lock” emoticons representing trophies. To unlock it, you had to send a certain number of messages, make new friends, or verify your email address. All users can access trophies through Snapchat Trophy cases.
With the latest update, Snapchat has replaced trophies with something similar called Charms.

Have you opened a chat with your friends and did not find a lot of attraction? Here’s how to get more.
How To Get Snapchat Charm
You and your friends can get different charms depending on your connection. This includes how often and how many snaps you send and the completeness of your Snapchat profile.
Snapchat automatically gives you a new charm when it meets certain criteria. You can get a birthday, username, friend emoji, or any charm associated with Bitmoji.
You have no precise control over what you will get or how much you will get. However, if you want new charms to appear in your friendship, snap each other often and keep your Snapchat profile up to date.
Full Snapchat Charm List
Unlike trophies, charm is more personal and depends on friendship with the user. It provides detailed information about your relationship with your friends, such as astrological compatibility.
Snapchat promises to add more charm in the future, but there are about 30 things in the app right now.
Snapchat birthday charm
As mentioned earlier, you can unlock some charms by creating a Snapchat profile.
When you and your friends fill in their birthdays on your Snapchat profile, an astrological sign with zodiac signs will appear.
When you and your friend’s zodiac signs are compatible, Snapchat gives you this charm. It also emphasizes the character and traits that unite the two according to astrology.
If you and your friend have birthdays in the same week, you unlock birthday twin charms. The year doesn’t matter as long as your birthday is less than 7 days old.
Half birthday twins
When you and a friend spend their birthdays every 6 months, you get a half-birthday twin charm.
It’s a charm you’ll see when your friend’s birthday approaches.
You can also see your friend’s birthstone charms in the list. Snapchat is a keychain amulet that rewards everyone based on the month they were born.
Snapchat friendship charm
The biggest chunk of all Snapchat charms are friendship charms. They have to do with how often and how much time the two are in contact with the app.
If you have a fairly new Snapchat account and don’t have your best friends yet, you can get the New Friends Charm. It appears as soon as you add a new user to your friends list.
Just like the friend emoji, you can get this charm in three versions depending on the time of each other’s best friends in the app.
When you and a friend share your best friend in the Best Friends section, the Mutual BF Charm appears in the list.
This is a little awkward. If you get this attraction, it means you and your friend share the same #1 best friend in the app. Nevertheless, it’s another attraction that you can earn by mistake.
Start exchanging snaps with your friends every day and you’ll get a Snapstreak Charm with a number of days of failure.
Snapchat Keep In Touch Charm
You can see a lot because they are awarded without having to contact people at all on Snapchat.
If you add a contact to Snapchat and don’t say it, this Snapchat charm will appear in the list.
If you frequently swap snaps with each other, the In Touch Charm appears.
It’s the second, it’s been minutes & it’s been
Those are the three attractions you will see when you lose contact with someone. Depending on the time, it says “It was three seconds, three minutes or ten seconds”. Snapchat is a bit stupid.
It would be sad if you and your friends on Snapchat haven’t been in touch for over a decade. It’s a charm forever.
Snapchat score charm
Using the app every day to send snaps and stories increases your Snapchat score. When you and your friend’s scores reach a certain level, the app awards you a score attraction.
These come in 5 different tiers like 5 stars. With just one star for snap rookies , you’ll get 5 stars accordingly for Grades , Masters , Heroes and Snap Legend
There are also two special charms that are not suitable for everyone. The Snapchat OG charm is for users who started using the app again in 2013. Staff Charm is for Snapchat staff only.
