- Playing Outside
Being outside is beneficial to your health because it offers you vitamin D, improves your immune system, and space. Children can run around freely without feeling constrained by walls or volume.
Kids love playing games outside like tag, hopscotch, riding bikes, or climbing. Hiking is another activity that’s outside and works out your entire body! All these activities are great to do together, or you can incorporate jumping jacks, squats, lunges, sit-ups, and more.
- Yoga
Yoga is another workout with kids that is simple to teach and practice. There are many kid-friendly poses and modifications to yoga poses, and kids will benefit from stretching. Encourage your child to go at a slower and gentler pace to avoid any injury.

- Jog Around the Neighborhood
Running, jogging, or walking around the neighborhood is an easy and efficient way to get your daily exercise in! Put on your tennis shoes, running clothes, and you could even make it a competition to see who can run the fastest.
